# Acquisition Details

Galaxy DAO are acquiring Gemtrade LLC (SVG FSA registration number 1335 LLC 2021), based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. All receivables and payable rights, obligations and user information held by Gemtrade LLC and its trading platform, GEMFOREX will be transferred to Galaxy DAO.

The transfer date is 1st August, 2023 10:00 AM JST.

After the acquisition Gemtrade LLC will be totally absorbed into Galaxy DAO and the Gemforex trading platform will no longer exist.
